I am also an award winning Kitchen Designer from Crystal Cabinets and Master Builders Association in Pierce County for 'Best Getaway Room' in 2015. I have the expertise to provide creative solutions to your project for a functional and innovative design to meet your style and needs. I am also experienced in estimating remodeling projects and can provide a Scope of Work, Material Selections and comprehensive construction design plans for your project. 

 

The Design Process

1. Design Consultation

   • ​There is no charge for the initial design consultation

   • I will discuss your ideas and options while taking into consideration your personal taste and style of the home. I can help you establish a budget for your project and keep you on track to stay within that budget.

2. Measure Your Home

   • ​I measure and photo document the areas of your remodel project and discuss any layout changes and offer creative suggestions that may improve your project.

3. Design Your Project

   • ​I draft an 'as-built' floorplan and create a proposed floorplan using AutoCAD and/or 20/20 drawing program.

4. Presentation

   • ​Knowing how your kitchen or bath will function is what it is all about. Depending on the type of project, I can create 3D renderings so you can envision your project in greater detail. You will be able to note any changes you would like to make, discuss plan options and overall style/color so it is truly a one of kind project that includes your personal touch.

5. Material Selections

   • ​I provide products and design services to assist you in selecting your cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, cabinet hardware and other fixtures/finishes to complete your remodel. This is a huge advantage to a homeowner that would like to have the design assistance to ensure a beautiful end result.

6. Project Management

   • ​I provide services to your contractor which include detailed construction drawings, overall Scope of Work and Material Selections. No need to feel alone in the process when you have an experienced designer to walk you through it!
